Attorney Maccagnan
has worked with
Fortune 500
companies in a
variety of taxation
issues. He has
experience in
transactional,
corporate and
partnership matters
including taxation
aspects of debt
structuring, mergers
and acquisitions,
financing and
leasing of
equipment, real
estate, business
formations and
entertainment
contracts. His
practice today
focuses on a wide
variety of legal
issues, including:

Attorney Maccagnan

Township Zoning

requests to the
municipal zoning
ordinance,

Board members and
writes opinions
granting or denying
the requested
variance, time
extensions, etc.

the Western District
of Pennsylvania.
Attorney
Maccagnan is married
to his wife Michelle
and they
have three children
who keep them busy
in their free time.
